CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to best serve all of our clients and manage our schedule efficiently, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% for the scheduled service charge before rescheduling/booking a new appointment. Deposit Policy: In order to secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $25 for facial bookings. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your scheduled service. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. However, if you provide at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit can be applied to a future appointment. Late Policy: In order to ensure that all clients receive the attention and care they deserve, I kindly ask that you be ready and available at the scheduled appointment time. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible. While I will do my best to accommodate delays, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to respect the time of other clients. Confidentiality: I understand the importance of client confidentiality. Any information shared with me during the consultation or treatment will be kept strictly confidential. Health and Medical Condition Policy: The health and safety of our clients is our top priority. In order to provide the best possible skincare services and ensure the well-being of all clients, I request that you inform me of any health conditions, allergies, medications, or medical concerns that may impact your treatment on your intake form. If you have any contagious skin conditions, open wounds, infections that may pose a risk to yourself or others, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment until the condition has resolved. I’m trained to provide professional and safe skincare treatments, but it is important for me to have a complete understanding of your health and medical history to provide the best possible care.
